Gift of Israel 
The Gift of Israel is a community-wide program that helps families save money to
send their children to
Israel
as teenagers or young adults.
Gift of Israel is a
partnership program that includes the family, Congregation Beth Tikvah and the
Jewish Federation of Southern New Jersey. Typically, the family
contributes $100 each year which is matched by the synagogue and the Federation
for a total yearly contribution.
The funds saved can be used toward Congregation Beth Tikvah's Confirmation
Class trip to Israel (when the
student is in 10th grade) or for another organized, educational
program.
Families are encouraged to enroll in the Aleph (3rd grade) year.
Gift of Israel is a wonderful opportunity to guarantee
that your child will be able to have the meaningful experience of traveling to Israel.
